High-volume conference headshots in Kansas City

Conference headshots in Kansas City

I am Shea Swinford. The Headshot Studio KC is my studio. We photograph at The Hive in Olathe, and we also build the setup inside your Kansas City venue so people can step out of a session, get a coached portrait, and get back to the agenda.

Who this is for

• Association and conference planners hosting in the Kansas City metro
• Corporate meetings that want attendee headshots without a separate shoot day
• Teams that need more than a small office refresh and want the line to stay calm

Smaller groups and ongoing employee sets stay on the corporate teams page.

The Conference Headshot Booth System™

This is not a photo booth, and it is not an unsupervised camera in the hallway. The method is The Conference Headshot Booth System™: a staffed portrait station with lighting, a simple backdrop, direction, and a monitor so each person can see the frame before we move on.

The goal is a headshot they will actually use on LinkedIn, a leadership page, or an internal directory.

How a Kansas City conference day works

1. You tell us the headcount, the dates, and whether we are at your venue or at The Hive.
2. We plan stations and arrival blocks around your agenda so the headshots do not become the bottleneck.
3. On site, people get coached, they see the images live, and we keep the look consistent from the first person to the last.
4. Selected images are retouched and delivered for professional use.

High-volume and multi-station days are custom quoted. Send the headcount and the venue and we will scope it.

Kansas City service markets

On this page, on-site means a Kansas City office, hotel, or conference venue. These are the corridors we plan around. Listing a venue is not a claim that we have already photographed there.

Where this page covers

Kansas City metro only. The studio is at The Hive in Olathe.

If the meeting is outside the Kansas City metro, or the same program has to run in more than one city, that belongs with The Headshot Studios.

FAQ

Do you provide a conference headshot booth in Kansas City?

Yes. We build a staffed portrait station at your Kansas City venue, or we host the team at The Hive in Olathe.

Can you handle a large meeting?

Yes, when we plan stations and arrival blocks around the agenda. High-volume days are custom quoted from the headcount and the venue. I do not publish a flat rate for them.

Is this the same as a photo booth?

No. It is a coached portrait station with lighting, a monitor, and retouching. People leave with a headshot for professional use, not a prop photo.

Can a sponsor brand the booth?

A sponsor can brand the setup when that is part of the scope. Tell us the brand rules with the headcount and we will include it in the quote.

How do we get a quote?

Send the dates, the headcount, and the venue through the contact form, or call (913) 492-8890.
