How we work
Three things that change the outcome:
- Coaching — direction so people look confident and approachable, not stiff.
- Live image review — a large monitor so you see frames in real time and we adjust on the spot.
- Retouching — selected images finished in Enhance (natural) or Polish (corporate-preferred).

- Brief — headcount, Hive vs your office or venue, dates, Enhance or Polish, styling or branded backdrop.
- Plan the flow — stations and arrival blocks so the line stays calm.
- Set up and shoot — lighting, coaching, live review.
- Deliver — retouched files ready for LinkedIn, websites, and directories.
